He will need direct access to his own secure garden with 6ft fence to give him somewhere safe to enjoy some time off lead as he will need to remain on lead when in public places. His recall does require a little bit of training so he would need to be kept on a lead whilst out in public, especially whilst he is settling in. For this reason, he is looking to have his own secure garden with a 5ft fence and direct access to the home to burn off some energy in!
She enjoys going out for her walks, but does enjoy going at her own gentle pace and likes to play with a tennis ball. Vanna can be left alone for a couple of hours a day but this should be slowly increased over time. This beautiful girl can pass other dogs but isn't overly keen on interacting with them, especially larger breeds - she prefers to be socially distanced. This lovely lady is house-trained and comfortable being left home alone for 4-5 hours and she can live with children aged 12 years and over.

He is looking for a loving home where he could live with children 11+. It would be best if he were the only dog in the home for the moment, due to his medical issues, but there is potential for him to live with a playful, tolerant dog in the future.
Noddy is looking for an active owner who will enjoy being energetic with him. He could potentially live with another dog and may suit living with kids aged 10 or older. His owner will need to build up the time he is left alone, so he will need an owner who can spend a lot of their day with him, at least initially. Rupert is a black and white male and Ed is a ginger and white male. Rupert is the more confident of the pair but they both love a good fuss and attention.

He isn’t keen on other dogs and would benefit from working on his socialisation skills. Skye is a loving sweet girl who is looking to have her own secure private garden with a 6ft fence. This is important as this gives her a safe space to play and potter about in as she will be required to be on a lead when she is out and about.
Poppy is very friendly and enjoys meeting new people and other dogs. She has a lot of energy and would enjoy doing an activity like Scent Work or Agility and would be suited an active owner who enjoys running or hill walking. They are both lovely girls that haven't had the best start to life. Porscha can be unsure around other dogs so would benefit from working on her dog socialisation skills when she is out and about. Porscha will require direct access to their own secure garden with a minimum 5ft fence.
Angel at the Dogs Trust - Glasgow
Angel can be left for 4-5 hours a day but we would recommend building this period of time up slowly. Sweetheart Sally came into our care through no fault of her own and is looking a family who are happy to take things at her own pace. Sally would like her own secure garden but would be comfortable sharing this with others. Sally is looking to be the only pet in the home but she would benefit from walking with other dog friends. Shadow has had an unsettled past and needs owners who will devote their time to him. TJ is a very happy and friendly boy who wants to be active as much as possible. He has a huge amount of energy, he would love to go running or hill walking with his owner, and he would thrive being involved in an activity like Scent Work, Mantrailing or Agility. TJ can be very boisterous which can become overwhelming, so it is important that he gets all the exercise and stimulation that he requires every day. He will happily walk past other dogs, but due to some issues in past, he can become too focussed on other dogs which makes him anxious.

Captain is a loving and affectionate dog with his friends but can be a little bit worried by new people, so having space to separate him from visitors is ideal. He can also be reactive towards other dogs so having more rural areas to explore will make walkies more enjoyable for both Captain and his owner. He must be the only pet in the home and we are confident that he will enjoy being the centre of attention. He is very affectionate with his family, he will try to give kisses when he can and enjoys snuggles on the sofa. Despite this it would be best for Captain to live with children aged 16 years and older as we are unsure of his experience with young kids. Captain would prefer to have someone around for most of the day to help him adjust, but once settled he could be left for a couple of hours.
She will also up to date with her worming and flea treatment and will also come with 4 weeks free insurance with Petplan. If you would like to meet her, please fill out a form and we can arrange an appointment. Discover more about vet exams and preventive care for kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs.

Whisper arrived in rescue in September 2016 having being rescued from a kill shelter in Romania as a tiny puppy after being half killed in a dog attack . The problem is that when she has been placed in homes before, people have taken this to mean that she will instantly be like that away from her safe haven and sadly that’s not the case. The lovely Noddy has now been matched to several possible homes so we are unable to accept any new interest in him while we contact his matches. All our dogs will be Neutered/spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
